<p>The NEV Series is a cost-effective right-angle planetary gear reducer designed for servo and stepper motor applications operating primarily in one direction. Utilizing helical planetary gear configuration, the NEV provides reliable motion control in applications where ultra-low backlash is not required.</p>
<p>With 30 arc-minutes backlash, the NEV Series is well suited for conveyors and similar transport systems where positioning accuracy is secondary to efficiency and cost control. It is frequently used when upgrading induction motor-driven systems to servo technology across multiple machine axes.</p>
<p>The lightweight aluminum housing is available with hollow or solid output shaft configurations. Supporting motors from 50 W to 3.5 kW, the NEV delivers nominal output torque ratings from 6 Nm to 90 Nm. Four frame sizes and ratios from 5:1 and 105:1 provide flexibility across industrial and good &#038; beverage applications.</p>

<p>The EVS Series is a high-torque right-angle planetary gear reducer designed for demanding positioning accuracy and dynamic performance. As the right-angle counterpart to the VRS inline series, it delivers compact construction with enhanced rigidity for precision motion applications.</p>
<p>With ≤4 arc-min backlash and dual row of tapered roller bearings, the EVS Series maintains smooth, quite operation under high radio and axial loads. Its robust bearing design ensures stability even in applications exposed to significant dynamic and static forces.</p>
<p>Maximum acceleration torques up to 2960 Nm make the EVS Series well suited for machine tool, robotics, and high-capacity servo systems where standard planetary solutions are insufficient.</p>
