The STHVL7 combines the proven STH rotary index table with Nidec’s VRL-070 inline planetary gearbox, creating a compact, straight-through drivetrain suited for clean and efficient machine layouts. This inline configuration maintains axial alignment between the motor and index table, simplifying system design and installation while preserving all of the STH Series’ high-performance characteristics.
Featuring an 85 mm hollow bore, a heavy-duty cross-roller bearing, and backlash as low as 2 arc-min, the STHVL7 delivers accurate, repeatable rotary motion for mid-range automation systems. Its precision 4:1 output gear and ±60 arc-sec indexing accuracy make it an excellent match for mid-size tooling plates, aluminum rotary dial tables, packaging stations, or robotic end-effectors.
With support for a wide selection of motor mounting plates and available reduction ratios from 12:1 to 400:1, the STHVL7 offers flexible integration and dependable inline performance in space-conscious equipment designs
