The overall responsibility of the person in this position will be to do assembly of cyclical reducers and metallic traction drives per specifications.
Core Responsibilities
Assemble Circulute, RXC and Gyromax products according to specifications.
Assist service in rebuilding RG units.
Work with service and engineering to learn causes of failure and symptoms of failed components.
Assembly and set-up procedures for electronic controls used with RXC products.
Know identification techniques of the various parts and assemblies.
Assist with painting as required.
Assist with shipping/receiving as required.
Know and practice general shop safety practices.
Maintain work area in clean, safe conditions.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum of two years’ experience in assembly, preferably in motors.
Ability to read and understand component assembly relationships.
Ability to follow directions without constant follow-up.
Ability to operate various hand tools and equipment to include computer, hoist, hand truck, and small hand tools. Requires the ability to pass forklift operator course and drive a forklift.

Strong ability to read and interpret component assembly diagrams and relationships.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and follow instructions with minimal supervision.
Proficient in using various tools and equipment, including computers, hoists, hand trucks, and small hand tools.
Must be able to complete forklift operator training and safely operate a forklift.
