Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator provides hands-on support for the execution of marketing and communications initiatives across print, digital, and event channels. This entry-level role supports the Marketing & Communications Manager by assisting with catalog updates, creative asset production, marketing asset organization, press kit preparation, and trade show support.

This position is production and execution-focused and is ideal for an early-career marketing or creative professional who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn within a collaborative, on-site marketing environment..

  • Support the creation, updating, formatting, and production of marketing assets across print, digital, event, and customer-facing materials in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Assist with creative asset production and file preparation using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) for print and digital distribution.
  • Organize, maintain, and manage marketing, press kit, and customer-facing asset libraries, ensuring version control, accuracy, and accessibility of approved materials.
  • Prepare and package files for print production, digital campaigns, vendor handoff, and internal or external use.
  • Support website content updates, email marketing, social media content preparation, and other digital platform updates as directed.
  • Assist with trade show and event preparation, including asset coordination, logistics, vendor communication, and on-site setup/teardown (10–15% travel).
  • Support marketing operations through task tracking, timeline coordination, internal request management, and general project support to help ensure timely execution.
  • Assist with ongoing asset cleanup, archiving outdated materials, and gradually assume increased responsibility for day-to-day asset management as familiarity with workflows grows.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience), with 0–2 years of experience in a marketing, creative, or communications-related role.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, with emphasis on InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop for production and layout work.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and deadline management; reliable in executing production-focused and repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to follow established brand guidelines and creative direction, with openness to feedback and coaching.
  • Willingness to learn and support a wide range of marketing, production, and operational tasks.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude; comfortable working on-site and supporting hands-on marketing and trade show activities.
  • Able to lift, move, and transport items weighing up to 50 pounds.
