VR Series Washdown Options

Our modified VR series product line now includes a range of features designed for durability and adaptability. With a stainless-steel output shaft and fasteners, IP65 ingress protection, and food-grade finishes such as white epoxy coatings, Steel-it, or nickel plating, these products are built to withstand demanding environments. NSF H1 food-grade grease ensures compliance with hygiene standards, while robust internal construction — featuring helical gears and a fully captured planet carrier — enhances performance.

Ideal for light to medium-duty applications, these solutions offer a cost-effective, off-the-shelf approach that supports rapid deployment. Their versatility makes them particularly effective in secondary packaging applications like cartoners and case packers, where corrosion resistance is crucial despite the absence of direct food contact. With customizable configurations, customers can mix and match options to create a tailored solution that meets specific operational needs.
